The Centre of Excellence for Pandemic Preparedness (CoEPP) has implemented a structured 3-year work plan from 2023 to 2025, designed to progressively strengthen the pandemic preparedness capacities of Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies in Southeast Asia - mainly driven by the PREP training program and dialogue session. This phased approach reflects a commitment to building leadership, enhancing operational practice, and fostering collaborative strategy-setting. In 2025. the 3-year work plan will be revised for another installment from 2025 to 2027.
